Promotion Review Board Success

Victory! Another Army Promotion Review Board (PRB) success! Proud that this fine officer will go on to lead troops and take on positions of higher responsibility.

My client’s promotion had been delayed — due to allegations filed in the Army’s derogatory information database. Our aggressive representation at the PRB resulted in the review board recommending to the Secretary of the Army our client be promoted. The Secretary of the Army was “able to determine … that the listed officer is not a subject in an on-going investigation; is not pending adjudication of substantiated adverse information; and has not been found to have any substantiated allegations or formal charges filed against him regarding the Recruiting Assistance Program investigation.”

Secretary of Defense, Mark T. Esper’s recommendation, “approves the nomination of the First Lieutenant to the next higher grade.

It’s satisfying to help a military officer get his career back on track.
